Jessie Broster, BC Snowboard Grom Coordinator, has a great line up for Grom Series Jam activities for young snowboarders!\r\n\r\n<\/pre>\n
The Volvo Grom Series Jam is a grassroots event for young snowboarders 7-12. It combines the basics of our sport with fun competition, getting participants pumped on the snowboard community and opening them up to all the possibilities boarding can offer.<\/p>\n
Participants will have the chance to showcase their skills in an afternoon park jam after a morning of freeriding coached by BC Snowboard certified coaches.<\/p>\n
Program Goals:\u00a0 have fun\/ build confidence\/ progress\/ make friends\/ meet coaches<\/strong><\/p>\n
Note skill requirements:
\n*the participant can load and unload the chairlift unassisted
\n*the participant can link heelside and toeside turns<\/p>\n
If you do not have a current 2025-2026 athlete membership and this is your first event, you can purchase the \u00ab\u00a0Limited Event Membership\u00a0\u00bb for this activity.<\/p>\n
