The BC Snowboard Association (BCSA) is a non-profit society and is a volunteer based organization. The Canadian Snowboard Federation (CSF) recognizes the BCSA as the official provincial sports organization responsible for snowboarding within BC.

The BCSA is dedicated to providing coaching for its Provincial teams; to running an organized Provincial Series; to co-hosting a NorAm event and Nationals; to sanctioning clubs and events; and to providing member services.

To foster and facilitate the ongoing development of snowboard athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers from the 'grassroots' level to the elite level of competition.
